- Proactively Monitoring the Backbone NLD / ILD / IP Ports / Peering links in Core Infra and planning for Upgrade/ Downgrade based on utilization.
- Cost Reduction – Planning and execution of cost reduction initiatives to maximize efficiency and ensure optimal use of company resources.
- Coordinating with Vendor for feasibility checks for BW availability to provision new Customer, which involves Hardware Upgrade/ BB NLD upgrade suggestion as well.
- Conducting Review meetings with all the BSOs/ Providers to ensure the performance of the commissioned links.
- Claiming Credits from BSO every month by validating performance of the links with the Downtime reports prepared for Each Vendor.
- Provisioning NNIs across all over Infra including Domestic and International (configurations and end-to-end testing).
- Preparing QI report every month in Order to track the Trouble ticket counts, to ensure the ticket closure meets SLA and MTTR, and to get the performance of each Engineer.
- Active availability 24/7 in case of any link failure, to ensure the escalation done properly to restore the service.
