CMS Operations (Bulk NEFT)

• Handle NEFT Outward transactions, ensuring seamless, secure, and timely fund transfers between banks across India.
• Process transaction files, including automated uploads, validations, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial operations.
• Optimize liquidity and streamline cash flow operations through comprehensive Cash Management Services (CMS).
• Handle physical payment methods, such as checks and demand drafts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Process bulk salaries for companies, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution across employees.

RTGS Department

• Taking OAT from E-kuber to the RTGS settlement account to maintain a sufficient balance to clear all RTGS inward and outward transactions.
• Ensuring all RTGS inward and outward transactions are settled within 30 minutes, as per RBI guidelines.
• Authorizing all manual transactions within the TAT and without errors on a daily basis.
• Sending emails to the respective heads, as per the approval matrix, for taking approval for the transaction above default limits.
• Preparing and sharing the daily MIS of RTGS transaction count and value with the Business Team and Finance Team.
• Preparing and sharing the daily MIS with the branches for return inward transactions and interbank transactions.
• Handling queries received from clients and other internal stakeholders through Emails or Calls.
• Preparing and sharing interim reports of outward and inward transactions above 15 crore after a specific interval during the day with the Treasury Team.
• Any technical issues encounter in RTGS system, raising with priority and doing follow up for resolve to avoid operational delays.

• Monitoring SOD received from the RBI through the NG RTGS application.
• Monitoring inflows and outflows in the EPH and QPH (Q-NG Payment Hub) application.
• Checking the bene name mismatch of all Inward RTGS, returning funds to the remitting bank, and tracking payment at SFMS.
• Processing manual transactions through the Finacle application.
• Checking for any delayed credit of inward transactions, and highlighting the same to higher management.
• Reconcile all RTGS accounts pre-EOD to ensure the Internal Settlement Account matches the RBI balance in NG-RTGS, avoiding last-minute issues.
• Monitoring whether the EOD notification was received from the RBI through the NG RTGS application to complete the RTGS EOD process.
