Process management: Coordinate with the finance department to process loans and assist customers with registration, insurance, and delivery.

Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

After-sales service: Provide excellent after-sales support and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate sales records and participate in promotional events or field sales when required.

The primary point of contact with clients. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting feasibility studies of villages, forming loan groups, verifying client information, assisting with loan applications, and collecting repayments. This role involves significant fieldwork and travel.

Focuses on evaluating and processing micro-loan applications. This includes conducting financial assessments, determining creditworthiness, managing a portfolio of loans, and building client relationships to ensure timely repayments.
