- Cross check and creating contracts with reference to agreements receive from client
- Sending proformas and getting approved to invoice and do E-invoicing to vendor

- Regular updates on SOP upon process improvements and getting approval from business before sharing to team
- Transition for 3 months over call from media to connect business AP team members successfully
- Working on monthly dashboards and present to customer on monthly basis
- Preparing and sharing aging reports to customer to clear backlogs on payments
- Good working relationship with clients to actively prevent any conflicts or discrepancies before arise
- Supported 3 months of User Acceptance Testing moving from SAP ECC to S4 HANA
- Worked with audit and compliance like Deloitte, CAS and RCSA.
