Dual acting Reciprocating Pump, 07/01/22, Designed a new dual acting reciprocating pump in Catia V5. It's main application is based for the farming purpose and it is mainly runs on without electricity by integrating mechanism which gives the power almost 50 to 70% in efficiency that driven by hand.
Investigation Of Microstructure & Electrical Behaviour Of Copper Matrix Hybrid Composite, 06/01/23, It is new composite alloy made up of two or more metal mixed and processed under various methods to obtain the desired properties, the base Application of this alloy is electromagnetic propulsion for Missile launcher in Defence. It is a futuristic propulsion methodology under development to minimise the fuel usage to give long range and more efficiency.
Kaizen and Lean, 10/01/23, Analysed the full line and found out the defects(machine performance) which are lagging under the improvement like changed the machines parts to improve performance by 10%.
Design changes, 11/01/23, After the analysis of machine performance, it leads to the change of the machine parts Design changes, because of more cost in the parts replacement. For the cost reducing purpose new suggestion were submitted.
5s changes, 02/01/24, In the machine shop the lag of 5s has been analysed like example floor marking and disposing expired machines were found out. The space occupied by the non usable machines leads to the more space loss and floor marking were suggested for the materials and machines as per processed condition.
