- September 1995 till retirement on April 2020 Worked with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd at aircraft division as supervisor.
- Assigned at Jaguar final assembly to look after as team leader for Airframe and Associates system i.e Hydraulics, Landing gear, Primary flying control, secondary flying control (High lift devices) environmental control system, emergency escape system, fuel system.
- Well versed with new aircraft manufacturing, final assembling and testing of all the airframe systems. Co-ordinating with Director General of Airworthiness (quality assurance) for final testing and Certification of system as per standard and specification.Also was in the team of TQM( TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT) and also was in QUALITY CIRCLE. Also was approved by DGA(QA) for self stamping after completion of the approved work.
- Well versed with the process of Aircraft manufacturing and documentation (manufacturing, servicing, and maintenance).
- Actively involved with various snag rectification process and system operation.
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems i.e Airframe structure , Hydraulic system, Flight Control System, Landing gear system, Wheel Brake system , Anti-Skid system, Nose Wheel Steering system, High Lift System , Environmental Control System, Pressurisation System, Anti-icing System, De-icing System, Fuel System, Aircraft Electrical System
- Also having extensive knowledge of air craft manufacturing drawing.
- Was deeply involved from September 1995 to 2000 for production of 15 nos Jaguar Aircraft
- From 2000 to 2001 was assigned to Jaguar Overhaul for major servicing (2000 A/F hrs ) of 15 nos of Jaguar Aircraft for one year .
- Then from 2001 to 2004 was again assigned back at Jaguar Final assembly for production of 17 nos Jaguar advance version of trainer Aircraft.
- From year 2004 to 2007 was actively involved for production of 20nos advance version of Jaguar fighter Aircraft.Also was deeply involved in the Jaguar a/c upgradation programe.
- From 2007 till retirement was deeply involved in the production of HAWK ADVANCE JET TRAINER A/C & LIGHT COMBAT AIRCRAFT at A/C Division.
- Also visiting instructor at technical training institute which is Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd’s own training Institute.
