Claims Management System

• Supporting and validating the claims raised by contract manufacturers through our automation tools.
• Built a platform to submit and manage various types of claims such as Reval, Freight, PPV, ICC.
• The tool recorded all expense requests and tracked approvals related to each claim.
• Performed detailed analyses like Split Analysis, Price Verification, Excess Stock Analysis, and Aging Stock Analysis to validate claims.
• Helped reduce discrepancies and avoid additional costs by improving the claims validation process.

Arista PPV (Purchase Price Variance Tool):

• A tool to manage and validate Purchase Price Variance (PPV) claims from Contract Manufacturers.
• Tracks the difference between the agreed purchase price and the actual invoice price.
• Allows users to submit PPV claims and automatically calculates the variance amount.
• Handles approval workflows for claims to ensure proper validation.
• Provides dashboards and reports to monitor price discrepancies and control extra costs.

Project Management Tool:

• Built a project management platform to manage projects, sprints, tasks, and issues, similar to Jira.
• Included a Scrum Board to visually track tasks across stages like To Do, In Progress, Review, and Done.
• Supported Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, and Daily Stand-up tracking.
• Developed a Timeline module to plan project milestones, deadlines, and track actual progress against targets.
• Implemented a Change Management module to record change requests, approvals, and impacts on project scope and timelines.
• Allowed task assignments, priority setting, comments, file attachments, and status updates for better team collaboration.
• Provided dashboards and reports for sprint performance, issue trends, team workload, and project health status.
• Helped teams improve project visibility, streamline sprint execution, and manage project changes effectively.
