This project had seven teams working on SAP S/4 HANA migration.

Responsibilities : I was scrum master of three teams and JIRA Owner for the project. I worked on:

As project JIRA owner I managed Sprints, created dashboards/ filters in JIRA, created BigGantt for tracking work items, coached the team on JIRA usage.

Setting up SCRUM ceremonies for squad and facilitating them, dashboard and creating metrics to track progress.

DB Adobe

This project had a tribe wherein 8-10 squads were working within it.

Technology used : JIRA, Confluence

Responsibilities : I was scrum master for one of the many squads working in the tribe. I worked on:

Participating in Program Planning to chalk out the work ahead for our squad. This involved contacting other squads for any support they or we required. Preparing for risks and tradeoff discussions and then rolling out the work plan for next quarter.

Building a cohesive team, ironing out their differences and helping them to improve their ways of working.

Setting up SCRUM ceremonies for squad and facilitating them, dashboard and creating metrics to track progress.

Ericsson DevSecOps Transformation

This project was about transforming squads working methodology to DevSecOps, combining both AD, AO as one team. As per this transformation team adopted agile ways of working, implemented security, automation, CI/CD pipeline .

Technology used : Octane, JIRA, Azure

Responsibilities : I acted as SCRUM master for DevSecOps transformation team as well as for the squads which were undergoing transformation. I worked on following:

Training the squads on Agile ways of working.

Setting up SCRUM ceremonies for squad and facilitating them.

Setting up dashboard and creating metrics to track progress.

Aligning team’s agile way of working, helping create DoR, DoD.

Quest Diagnostics

Team had to create new features and update existing ones as per customer’s requriement.

Technology used : Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server 2010, .Net 4.5. HTML 5, Jquery, JSON.

Creating enhancement features for Quest Portal.

Digital & Analytics COE

SharePoint COE group develops SharePoint POCs, in-house tools, custom solutions etc. The custom solution, components developed by the team are used across organisation.

Technology used : SharePoint 2013, O365, SharePoint 2010, Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server 2010, .Net 4.5. HTML 5, Jquery, JSON.

Responsibilities : As part of this group I have worked on following:

Creating reusable components (These components were created using SharePoint PowerShell, SP2013, Apps in O365 etc).

Created mobility framework. It had components like Blogs, discussion forums, tag cloud, D3 charts.

Worked on enhancement of in-house tool for migrating content from SharePoint to Lotus Notes.

Worked on in-house tool which displays summary of a business document along with top occurring keywords, technologies, critical dates.

AppetiteApp

The project was about developing an application for the client which it could provide to their field agents. Field agents can access business insurance related information from it. Agents were allowed to select the list of states (primary and secondary) in which they were licensed to operate and the content was filtered accordingly. The agents can search, view content for additional state as well.

Technology used : SharePoint 2010, .net 3.5, Visual Studio 2012, TFS 2012, SQL 2008, HTML 5, Jquery

Responsibilities : Development of custom web parts, document library, MasterPage, Layoutpage, CSS.

Adecco Staffing

The project involved developing an internet site in Share Point server 2007.The purpose was to launch this site in different countries and in different languages catering to their different needs thus enabling Adecco to increase its global presence. The site has different configurable custom web parts mainly providing the functionality to search job based on some criteria, refining the search criteria, viewing the jobs and applying for them.

Responsibilities : Developing visual components of site, Creating custom web parts, event receivers, enhancement of existing site functionality, use of jquery plugins to develop components.

Jardine Shipping Services SYLPH system

This Application is being developed to cater to the general agency and liner business of JSS. Forms are being developed so that JSS as agents can keep record and provide services to its various customers.

Technology used : SharePoint 2010(Beta), .net 3.5, SQL Server 2008, VS 2010, WCF

Responsibilities : Customization of SharePoint site using custom master pages and css. Development& Deployment of features, custom web parts, WCF services.

UNICON Stock Market Analysis

This Application is being designed for the user to Analyze the ongoing changes in the stock market. The application consists of analysis based on graph study .It gives the detailed study of each index and its performance in the market drilled down to each and every company in the index.

Technology used : SQL Server 2005, MS Reporting Services, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, VS 2005.

Responsibilities : Development of Interest Calculator, EMI calculator using Windows Form Application in Visual Studio 2008.

BHEL Intranet Portal

BHEL needed an Intranet portal which could manage dynamic content through an intuitive user interface as well as mass storage capability. The portal was also required to target content to various audiences based on different sets of rules, to automatically facilitate intuitive navigation through the website while tailoring the navigation to the individual user and to deliver comprehensive site content management and structural facilities.

It provides its members Social Community site utilities like Discussion Forums, chats, Alerts, Blogs.

Technology used : MOSS 2007, .net framework 3.0, SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio 2008, SharePoint Designer 2007

Responsibilities : Design of Master Pages, layout pages, making CSS, building custom web parts, use of OOB SharePoint features to develop modules.

Internet Portal for Powergrid Corporation of India Limited

The website was designed for dynamic content management. It contains dynamic page creation with different templates, news, events, tenders, photo gallery, glossary, search etc.

Technology used : .Net framework 3.5, Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2005, Expression Blend 2, Photoshop CS version 8, Ajax, JavaScript, SilverLight 2.0

Responsibilities : Design of the Master Page, development of landing page in Silverlight 2.0.

NIIT Corporate Portal

The NIIT corporate portal presents targeted content to audience based on set of rules, to automatically facilitate intuitive navigation through the website while tailoring the navigation to the individual user and to deliver comprehensive site content management and structural facilities. The portal is optimized for external search engines. Other features like Reporting, Online integration, Visitor feedback; Communication & Collaboration for registered users, Events, Discussion Forums etc. are also incorporated in the portal.

Responsibilities : Conducted a thorough information architecture exercise, Design of site Structure, Design of Master and Layout pages, making CSS, use of OOB SharePoint features to develop modules, providing training on Share Point CMS

Eicher Motors Intranet Portal

Intranet portal for Eicher Motors is based on MOSS 2007, InfoPath and Reporting Services. Project includes allowance forms (Mediclaim, FPA, Travel,) for use by employees of Eicher Motors all over the country.
