Project: Contacto is an omni-channel B2B customer contact center application for businesses, enabling communication across multiple channels including calls, SMS, in-app/web chat, WhatsApp & email.

• Worked on the testing, automation planning and execution and requirement analysis of the complex project with end-to-end ownership of the product.
• Managed and mentored junior QA engineers, and handled code reviews and release processes.
• Automation first approach for quick delivery of in-sprint stories.
• Involved in continuous debugging and root cause analysis (RCA) for customer & in-sprint feature issues and providing detailed analysis to the stakeholders.
• Lead the quality and test automation efforts for complex and adhoc requirements.
• Designed & maintained a POM -based unified Hybrid Automation UI Regression framework for web app & desktop app using Python with selenium & PyTest , which increased individual QA productivity.
• Implemented parallel execution of 250+ end-to-end UI automation test cases, resulting in a 30% reduction in overall execution time.
• Designed a chaos testing suite for both manual and automation to validate the system under chaos test inputs.
• Created an automation regression suite for REST APIs, prioritizing critical modules, using the Python Requests library for quick health checks of API's.
• Implemented and maintained an automated Bot suite which is scheduled for a timely run of every 15 minutes for continuous monitoring and quick feedback of the application.

Project: This allows Paytm users to apply for SBI Base/Premium or CITI credit cards with good rewards and cashback.

• Accountable and responsible for development and enhancements of API and Mobile App Test case.
• Responsible for the end to end responsibility of the application, starting from requirement understanding to production movement.
• Automated Mobile app test cases using Java with Appium .
• Automated REST APIs using Java with REST Assured .

Project: The IoT project facilitates automated communication between devices and applications, eliminating the need for human intervention. It includes a user- friendly UI for device and application creation, as well as supports message communication using various protocols such as MQTT, AMQP, FTP, and S3 messaging.

• Owned Devices, Authentication methods, Rule engine, message governance and orchestration of the platform.
• Involved in creation Test Scenarios and Test Cases based on requirements understanding or grooming meetings.
• Involved in both API (using HTTP Client framework) and UI ( Hybrid Framework ) based automation testing.
• Coordinating with the team (onsite & offshore) for requirement understanding and resolving requirement gaps.
