My key responsibilities include the following:-

• Coordinating with the Clients for digital account opening journey
• Ensure that all the Account are opened as per KYC Guidelines and within given TAT
• Maintaining MIS report of accounts processed on day to day basis
• Increased customer satisfaction by resolving rejections in application and processing it within TAT
• Exceeded sales targets consistently by employing strategic selling techniques and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

My key responsibilities include the following:-

• Checking online applications registered by the customer for digital account opening
• Coordinating via mails and whatsapp with the Clients for Documentation
• Verifying their documents and updating the application in system
• Ensure that all the Account are opened as per KYC Guidelines and within given TAT
• Processing the application for Instant Activation
• Communicating with the clients for POA FORMS to complete the on-boarding process.
• Maintaining MIS Reports of Accounts

My key responsibilities include the following:-

• Verifying the details of clients and forward their request for an account opening procedure
• Checking KYC of client for digital account opening
• Coordinating via mails with the Relationship Manager related to account opening status
• Achieving the day to day targets
• Keeping accurate records.
