Project: DAEP - Doc Evalynx

Led the front-end development of an AI-powered document evaluation platform designed to analyze, compare, and extract insights from a variety of document types. Users could upload documents, define rules or queries, and receive intelligent findings from the backend processing engine. The platform allowed users to accept or reject results, and it supported various document operations through a scalable, interactive UI.

• Designed and implemented a component-based architecture to promote reusability and maintainability across the application.
• Code Development in React, HTML, and CSS.
• Created a UI component library for reusable components, integrated with Storybook (Motif) for easy documentation and team collaboration.
• Implemented accessibility best practices across UI components.

Project: Virtual Internal Audit (VIA)

VIA is an internal auditing platform developed for EY, designed to automate and enhance the efficiency of internal audits. It reallocates routine audit tasks from humans to machines, expands risk coverage, and delivers deeper insights to support effective action plans and controls. Comprehensively lets you manage your internal auditing needs using the advanced capabilities.

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• My role during the development process involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle: development, performance testing, and deployment.
• Participate in discussions with the customers to align requirements and provide solutions to the customer, as well as the team.
• My activities include unit testing, code review, deployment, and technical documentation.
• I work towards UI design consistency to reach an overall user experience.
• I implement UI optimization best practices for better performance.
• Having hands-on experience in React Js, React Hooks, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Redux, React Testing, GIT, and ADO.

Project: Chat Management System.

Developed the chat app for the Support and Leasing Center chat agent to manage client interactions.

• Design and implement the workflow for the chat management system.
• Code implementation using React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• To write the Ejabberd Server, XMPP (Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol) services for message routing.
• Design the database schema for the chat system.
• Deployment of these applications using JavaScript and jQuery, and data fetching using Fetch and Axios.
• Implementation of pub-sub architecture (queue consumer).

Project: Calls and Call Analysis.

Provided the functionality for property managers to design the questions and answer sections based on their requirements. Routing and building of different types of forms based on the types of calls.

• Configure and optimize the code to fit the design patterns.
• Implemented the different user forms and processing of inputs as per the business requirements.
• Worked on the calls functionality to push notifications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XMPP.
• Collaborated with other developers to identify and alleviate a number of bugs and errors in the software, and provide bug fixes.
• Devised documentation for each app, detailing operational aspects, functions, capabilities, and features implemented.
• Maintain the coding standard while developing.

Project: Call Tracking.

A setup to manage the calls performed, display the UI based on calls, and maintain the call agents and call queues UI. Display the real-time reports based on the new calls that have arrived.

• Design and develop the user interface for the leasing agent to manage the calls and routing strategy.
• Worked on different reports to display the different data related to calls.
• To work on the data fetching and display from different databases.
• Setup for the phone system, like Zoiper and Bria.
• To write the PHP scripts and consumer for managing routing and results of calls.
