Description

National Telecom, the biggest telecom government company in Thailand, is doing conversion and reconciliation from the Kenan (billing system) application into the Oracle BRM billing application. As part of this Billing Transformation, their requirement is to have data migrated from various applications, like Kenan, Customer 360, and Collections, into OBRM applications.

Role

• Requirement analysis and configuration of charge offers, which includes one-time (NRC), recurring, usage, global products, and tier-based products.
• Worked on product specification characteristic attributes.
• Configured the discount offer as per business requirements. This also included tier-based discounts.
• Worked on the override scenario for tier-based products, one-time products, grants, RC discounts, and billing time discounts.
• Configured scenarios to handle deal-level validity.
• Involved in pre-rating and post-rating opcode customizing from the pricing side.
• Worked on usage processing in OCOMC to test scenarios.
• I worked on deployments.

Project 2:

Client: Intuit Pluto Project.
Environment: Oracle BRM 12

Timeline: August 2024 – Present

Role:

• Production Development for the QuickBooks Product of Intuit.
• RCA analysis of production defects.
• JUnit is used for running test cases.
  Technology Used: OBRM 12, Oracle Database, C, JUnit on Eclipse, Linux, SQL, and Shell Script.
