I love to cook native and long lost dishes of our ancestors mainly. I am also fond of cooking across different cuisines. I love to analyze cooking as science rather than art.

The other pastime of mine is gardening. I believe in self-sustainability i.e. growing at least 50 percent of the food that we eat. Living in an apartment, I try to grow vegetables and herbs.

I am a quick learner and extremely adaptable even in circumstances of immense pressure. I believe that there is always some or the other solution i.e. Technically or Functionally, the goal is always achievable if genuine effort is made to resolve the issue. This attitude has always rewarded me in my career so far. I will always try to live up to this quality if given a chance.
