Campus Recruiter:

  • Closely interacted with business leaders to define and strategize both the human capital projection and the human resource projection for every single Financial Year across the department of the organization with respect to fresh talent hunting/hiring.
  • I have developed and maintained a strong relationship across the top colleges of Tamil Nadu.
  • Worked and collaborated between the placement faculties and with the internal teams with respect to systematic calendar schedules with respect to hiring.
  • Acted as a Talent Acquisition representative of KAAR for all the Chennai based HR forums.
  • I held responsible of maintaining the entire student database and have been the sole point of connect to the Employee Life cycle Management of the organization with respect to on-boarding.
  • Responsible for closely collaborating with the Learning and Development team to decide on the training schedules and the on-boarding dates.
  • Been responsible to analyze and to track the hiring metrics and to make a systematic report which includes of offer to join ratio, acceptance ratio etc.
  • Acted as a Project Manager for a new fresher hiring Strategic Initiative called "KAAR University Program" a special drive which focuses on hiring the Engineering students in their III semester of the college for a dedicated period of 2 years.

Shared Services Recruiter (Non-IT Recruiter):

  • Held responsible to closely collaborate with the hiring managers across the different functions of the organizations.
  • To understand the hiring demand and to source appropriate profiles and to scatter the resource demand accordingly.
  • Responsible for recruitment advertising across the various job portals and responsible for social media marketing aswell.
  • Responsible for various hiring functions which includes right from sourcing, screening, aligning the candidate with interview panels for multiple technical and managerial discussions.
  • Responsible for organizing walk-in interviews for fresher's and Lateral Hiring.
  • Responsible for salary negotiation one the candidate is shortlisted.

Other National's Fresher's Hiring - KSA and USA:

  • Acted as a project manager for the fresher hiring for KSA and USA region's.
  • Responsible for strategic planing of human resources demand and hiring no's for the fresher's from the two countries for every Financial Year depending upon the management decision and market demand.
  • Strategically, laid the foundation from scratch including field research work to execution of the hiring.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the top Universities with respect to campus hiring.
  • Scheduled and conducted job fairs in the USA - Dallas region.
  • Successfully on-boarded 10 Saudi National fresher's for various SAP/Non-SAP domain.
