• Monitor spending to ensure it remains within budget. Complete controlling and tracking of Budget and Actuals.
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets.
• Present Synopsis over cost saving opportunities.
• Research, analyze, and prepare ad hoc analyses. Provide recommendations to management for final decision making.
• Collaborate with executives and project managers for CAPEX Budgeting.
• Enhance control and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible. Work on budgeting and procurement process to drive global consistency and create synergies across teams.
• Administratively support HR & Admin department.
• Work closely with finance team on variance reporting and auditing.
• Complete control on IT procurement and vendor management process.

Automation and Process Improvement initiatives:-

QlikSense Dashboards.

Implementation of Service ticket based Procurement Process.

Put to use SAP - PS for Budget Tracking.

RPA Automation for PR creation process.

Resolve queries on error reports, file data issues and provide feedback to Account Managers.

Work and communicate with 3rd party vendors developers to resolve application/integration issues.

• Servicenow reporting of Tickets.
• Monitor SLA for Incident, Change and Service Tickets.
• Identifying Process Improvement areas as part of Service Management Team.
