- I have been working with TCS for a utility based project for 6 years 10 months. I started off as an associate and in 2021, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. My primary role as an SME was to impart process knowledge and training along with monitoring data compliance of the assigned team. Managing reports and an entire team strength of around 25 people helped me groom myself for higher roles. I have always been interested in holding a leadership position and being an SME helped me set foot to achieve my goals.
- In 2023, I was promoted to Team Leader position and i currently manage a team of 23 members and my working moto is to bring a balance in work and well being of my fellow members alongside managing project and client expectations.
