  • Customer wanted to enhance the promotions process given in store to expand it to daily basis, from existing weekly. All applications-code-files where promo code was defined as 2 byte was to be changed to 5 bytes.
  • I conducted a detailed impact analysis to find all places where the promo code could possibly be. All variations of promo code were searched and wave wise applications were changed and promoted to production.
  • It was a huge task of coordinating with various teams and involved too many technologies, interfaces, code which was untouched from years. Overall a very tough task which was successfully delivered within time.
