• As a part of my BAU I am performing following activities: Working with the entire team and managing their billing related queries
• Billing the portfolio assigned to me on timely manner
• Maintaining all the Billing SOP’s on the behalf of the entire team
• Preparing weekly MIS.
• Working on month end reporting activities (Month-end Dashboard, time to bill file, unbilled file).
• Conducting training sessions for all the new joiner
• Performing Monthly audits
• Managing Lumpsum Mailbox
• Leading business/Stakeholder calls.
• Conducting inter/intra team training sessions.
• Working with Accounting team to clear Milestone based billing unbilled.

Ad-hoc Activities:

• Working on AR only invoices.(Performing pass Through billing)
• Posting Journals
• Launched new joiner’s handbook which helps us in proper tracking of new joiners training and their system access
• Successfully launched and completed 2 rounds for ASL (Billing competition conducted with-in the billers to achieve better Time to bill.)
• Successfully launched and completed Project EFFACE (Billing competition conducted with-in the billers to clear all the project with open unbilled/unearned balances)
• Approving Payments
• ERP: Oracle

• Clearing all revenue exceptions Generating draft invoice
• Sending the invoice to Project team for approvals
• Working on iterations
• Performing Credit Rebill.
• Sending final invoice for payment
• Keeping track of unbilled
• Working on billing related queries
• Timesheet reconciliation
• Checking Bill rate.
• Using portals like ACTIAN, ARIBA, BEELINE, FEILDGLASS, OPENINOVICE,TRAC for billing/invoice upload.
• Creating Loan interest invoices.
• Performing Intercompany and external (3rd party Billing)
