Description:

The Phoenix project is a major re-writing of the fundamental Domino’s existing eCommerce systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Developed and maintained project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories
• Facilitated workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding
• Supported the implementation of new systems by gathering requirements and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Involved in managing Digital Banking feature related change requests and user issue tickets
• Coordinated among business, technology and operations team for project implementation across all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) in line with Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Worked as BA for Phoenix project across different verticals
• Actively participated in SCRUM artefacts like product backlog, sprint planning, daily stand-ups , sprint review, sprint retrospective and increments.

• Automation Testing using PACE Automation Framework(PAF), an in-house automation framework built on using selenium API

The objective of Harmony was to replace existing payment applications with new application PAY. Bank systems like UPStream & Downstream and these systems interacted seamlessly with each other through the micro services offered by Pay. It included migration of BT,TT, RTGS & Fast Market.

• Automated test cases using RestAssured using Java & BDD cucumber framework

Richview Migration: Richview migration is basically UI changes for the cart and checkout to make the look and feel better for the user. The migration also includes VAS and TOA changes. VAS is basically value-added voucher which is given for the user with the product and TOA is token of apology which is given for the user if the user is not happy with quality of the product.
