Working with Xpert Data Works, I have helped in requirement gathering and preparing solution design documents. Worked on adding new fields in the repository. Worked on both thick client as well as thin client. I have significantly contributed to the implementation of Informatica PIM and MM which includes my following responsibilities:

• Restarting the PIM Production Ecosystem: I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the PIM Production ecosystem. This includes restarting servers, services and other components related to the PIM environment.
• Acknowledging and Resolving Service Now Tickets: Service Now is a popular IT service management platform. My role involves promptly acknowledging and addressing tickets related to PIM. Supporting on Pager Duty on rotational bases.
• End-to-end PIM Testing: Worked with Testing and verification of end-to-end data migration from the source system to Informatic PIM Product Manager and Informatica Media Manager, workflow, assignment of the media asset with product, item and variants.
• Creating Assortments for Various Exports: Assortments refers to subset of items/variants/products. As per my role I had to create and manage assortments based on business requirements. These assortments had to be exported and consumed by the downstream system.
• Scheduling and monitoring exports : PIM system distribute product data across various channels such as websites , marketplaces ,etc. One of the key responsibilities is to schedule and monitor data exports to ensure accurate and timely updates. It involves monitoring the export logs and addressing any faliures.
• Step by Step Documentation for runbook: A Run book is a detailed guide outline step by step procedures for common tasks. Creating and maintaining a comprehensive Run book specific to PIM operations is valuable for training purpose and ensuring consistency.
• Un-assignment of bulk media assets: PIM system manages various media assets such as , images, videos,and documents. Sometimes media assets need to be unassigned from specific variants,products or categories. I can efficiently process bulk unassignment requests while ensuring data accuracy.
• PIM Media Manager: Worked on media asset upload, download, metadata indexing, derivate processing, MM workflow designing, Pipelines, Administrators, XML connector, process watcher, etc.
• Fixing media manager hotfolder stalled issue: Hotfolders are directories where files are automatically picked up for processing. My role involves identifying stalled hotfolders and resolving underlying issues.

As a CAM in HDFC life insurance, my roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Conducted market research to determine the potential of new products or services.
• Developed strategies to increase efficiency within the organization.
• Created financial plans for clients and monitored their progress.
