- Collaborated with management and stakeholders on various application modernization projects to develop strategic initiatives for long-term goals, leveraging technology to resolve technical roadblocks.
- Led the Database Migration from AWS RDS Postgres to AWS Aurora PostgreSQL and AWS account migration for one of the projects. The consolidation of the AWS accounts led to cost saving of about 50% and the DB migration led to onboarding of new Reporting tool (Qlik sense) for data analysis resulting in increased efficiency and client satisfaction.
- SME for batch applications, developing and maintaining multiple Data Engineering processes ensuring smooth integration of data from diverse sources into Database and Data Lake along with best development practices for managing Data Pipelines.
- Led the Migration of on-premises ETL Tech stack to Cloud Platform, provisioning AWS services using Terraform supporting our growing business needs with enhanced speed of processing and cost savings of about 70% due to scalable and reusable architecture.
- Created Reconciliation framework to compare data between on-premises and cloud, leading to time savings to onboard to cloud by ~6 months.
- Leading project to create a Self-Service data platform using the Data Mesh Architecture, storing data in parquet format, leveraging Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse for Data Distribution.
- Leading Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Practices with respect to Monitoring and Observability within the Project, creating monitoring and alerting strategies for service endpoints and batch loads using Dynatrace and AWS Cloud watch.
- Provided guidance and direction to less experienced staff, mentoring junior developers in resolution of complex technical problems, fostering talent development.
