Co-ordinations with other departments for raw material & semi product handling.

• Responsible for technical machine data set up and trained operator according to SOP & work instruction
• Monitoring of raw material consumption
• Ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) of raw material to final product
• Experience in why-why analysis of defects, scrap reduction and defect tracking Maintaining
• Undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing effective counter measures initiating Kaizen/ improvement ideas generation & implementation
• Responsible for implementing 5'S and Safety on shop floor
• Handling manpower planning in turn around and allocating them for execution of jobs

• Work under guidance of experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in maintenance practices and procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues in production machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment's failures.
