Work with problem management to identify reoccurring incidents and support service improvement plans to negate reoccurrence of incidents.

Perform network diagnostics to re-mediate detected/reported network incidents.

Raise issues to OSS and ONEFM tool team in case of any discrepancy and help them with details to resolve it.

Fetch logs from ONEFM for a specific domain or node.
