• Managed user administration, including user creation, deletion, locking, and modification in SAP R/3 and SAP HANA.

• Collaborated with developers to integrate Agentic AI-based automation workflows using UIPath, ServiceNow, GRC, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and SAP to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
