Working as the Lead for Billing & Planning in a team of four (Planning & Billing - 1, BBS - 2, Jr. QS - 1) on one of the largest residential projects in Odisha, comprising 10 high-rise towers with a total built-up area of approximately 20 lakh sq. ft. including Non-Tower Area.
This ongoing project has given me the opportunity to build strong client trust and uphold our team's professional reputation through timely and quality deliverables.

Planning Responsibilities:

• Preparation of DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR, Monthly Look-up Ahead Plan and MPR with a good presentable formats.
• Developing manpower augmentation plans, project schedules, and catch-up plans to maintain progress alignment.
• Preparing WRM presentations, 2-month look-ahead steel requirement plans, and raising RFIs for structural drawings.
• Generating cash flow projections, billing forecasts, and tracking overall project performance.

Billing & QS Responsibilities:

• Leading preparation of monthly RA Bills & PRW bills.
• Developing and verifying BBS (Bar Bending Schedules) in coordination with the site and structural team.
• Preparing P&L statements, monthly cost reports, and quantity deviation statements to prepare the Amendment RA wise.

This role has significantly strengthened my leadership, technical coordination, and client communication skills within a large-scale real estate environment.

• Project: Metro King’s Court (400 Villas) – Phase 1 to Phase 3
• Worked for nearly 2 years on the prestigious Metro King's Court (400 Villas) residential project at Jatni, Odisha, across Phases 1 to 3.
• Handled dual responsibilities in Billing and Planning, ensuring accurate cost tracking and efficient project scheduling.
• Successfully managed interactions and coordination with a new client, Metro Group, fostering strong and professional working relationships.
• Received client appreciation for creating clear, presentable, and efficient reporting formats, significantly improving reporting standards and communication.

• Project: 2 : "ASHIANA REGAL" T1-(G+14) [Core Structure] at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Handled structural execution and billing for a high-rise residential tower.

• Client: National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC)
• Project: Bairabi Dam (80 MW, Embankment Dam) & Unit-2 Staff Quarters at Mizoram
  Worked as Site Engineer cum Billing Engineer for this prestigious Government infrastructure project under NHPC, involving the construction of an 80 MW Embankment Dam and associated residential quarters (Unit-2 Staff Housing).
  Key responsibilities included:
• Supervising on-site execution of civil works as per technical specifications and safety standards.
• Preparing and verifying contractor bills and quantity estimations in alignment with DPR and client guidelines.
• Coordinating with government officials, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress and compliance.
• Supporting project documentation, reporting, and tracking material consumption and cost control.

• 1st Project: Regulator cum Road Bridge with Canal Side Lining & Embankment Work – Dabu Canal, Canning

Client: Irrigation & Waterways Department, Government of West Bengal
Post: Civil Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor
Duration: May 2013 – April 2015
Worked on the execution of a Regulator cum Road Bridge, including canal side lining and embankment construction at Dabu Canal under the Canals Division. Responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, labor deployment, quality assurance, and material coordination. Also supported quantity estimation and assisted in preparing contractor bills in line with departmental procedures.

• 2nd Project: RCC Girder Bridge (126.40 RMT Clear Span) & River Bank Protection – Dakshin Barasat

Client: Irrigation & Waterways Department, Government of West Bengal
Post: Civil Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor
Duration: January 2017 – May 2025
Handled the construction of a major RCC Girder Bridge (126.40 meters clear span) along with river bank protection using concrete block lining. Managed site execution, reinforced concrete work, and alignment with technical drawings. Actively involved in quantity surveying, billing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with government standards and safety norms.

• 3rd Project: PWD Inspection Building (Basement + Ground + 5 Floors) – Diamond Harbour

Client: Public Works Department (PWD), Government of West Bengal

Duration: March 2018 – June 2018
Worked on the construction of a Basement + G + 5 Storied Government Inspection Building. Oversaw structural execution, including RCC framing, masonry, and finishing works. Coordinated site progress, labor activities, and maintained alignment with architectural and structural drawings, ensuring timely delivery of construction stages.
