Five week In Plant Summer Training at INDIAN FIREBRICK INSULATION CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED (IFICO), SAIL REFRACTORY UNIT, Jharkhand from 2015-05-18 to 2015-06-27, where I got an idea about the reality of our theoretical knowledge. I got an idea about - how a plant is operated, There our project was 'Effect of % pyrophillite on the sinterability of High Alumina brick (67 % Al2O3)'. We did this project by using Ball mill, press, Tunnel kiln, XRF, RUL. In addition to this we also observed different types of raw material, slide gate plate. There I learned another important thing that is how to do collaborated work in a professional sector though there are variety of personalities from different cultures and academic backgrounds.
