As a part of Ad monetisation Team, was responsible to make DS models to improve the revenue of the firm

• Content Moderation – Built a Spacy based algorithm which ensures the content follows all OEM and Glance guidelines
• OCI Advertiser Model -Developed GBT based model which is predicting whether a user will download the performance based ad and do a LTV event after that, this model is running on 40mn+ user and giving 20% increase in LTV(App open, install, etc.)
• Impression Capping - Developed a Prophet based time series model which was determining the number of Ads will be seen in a given time frame, we were able to stop over delivery of impressions from 70% to 10%.

Worked in Big Data and Advanced Analytics team to improve customer service experience using Deep learning and Machine learning techniques, was responsible for developing and maintaining end to end machine learning solutions on large datasets

• Dispute Resolution BOT - Built a Disputes smart closure BOT, it was settling the dispute by evaluating merchant support documents/images of receipts/invoices using custom OCR-NLP algorithm
• The BOT is robust over thousands of variations in merchant support formats,It was able to resolve 50% of total disputes received

As a part of Process Automation team, I was responsible to make cognitive solution to improve the internal mundane processes.

• Account Opening Automation - Developed a BOT which extracts information from scanned pdfs into a tabular format, categorizes them into different categories using SVM which can be further used by Robotics process automation (RPA) scripts for end- to-end account opening. This automation saved JPMC work of 5 FTE (Full time employees).
