Prospect Management, Account Management, Contact Management, Opportunity Management and Activity Management process are currently supported by Salesforce.com CRM application. Quote management process and order management process are executed in native systems and integrated with Salesforce.com through managed packages and integrations. ENT Sales enable sales user to track, manage and record presale activities for enterprise channel deals.
