- Part of Corporate action team, Team is basically into posting corporate action Events processing until the final proceeds are being paid to the client account across EMEA and global markets
- End to end processing of entire corporate action cycle from its (coupon/bonds) announcement in the market, calculation of entitlement considering ex-date, reconciliation of entitled positions as on record date
- Working on fixed income events like coupon and redemption
- Managing risk proactively by timely response to sensitive/priority clients, raising alarm/escalating the critical issues on timely manner, while ensuring the confidentiality of client’s information
- Performing call back to onshore and offshore clients to confirm the SSI instructions details
- Knowledge of MT202, MT103 and MT566
- Knowledge of Exceptions and Entitlement reconciliations
- Having experience to handle large volume of payable and receivables on back of coupon and redemption as on pay date
- Aggressively chasing the clients for aged and high value breaks which have significant PnL Impact and raising this to risk management team and book runners
- Consistently put efforts to streamline the process and proactively taken steps in case of huge volumes, so that BAU doesn’t get affected
