• Tested functional, regression, sanity and UI for 15.27E4 ,15.27E3 release for Cisco classic switches , 1.8.1 and 1.8.2 maintenance release for saturn project , 17.6.1 release for polaris project.
• Implemented a Selenium Test Automation Framework using python , pyats framework to facilitate scripting, scalability, modularity, process definition, reusability, and maintenance and reduce costs for IE switches device manager.
• Enabled faster issue resolution, providing detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce and suggested fixes.
• Handling technical communications with Partners to understand client's systems or APIs
