  • Monitoring the alerts using OPS bridge tools, like CPU,Memory,File system, Node downs. Doing a basic workaround for memory and file system alerts.
  • Doing a basic work-around for Memory and File system alerts. If any of the CPU, Memory or file system alert is not under threshold, we will be notifying to L2 team, raising an P3 and sending an AP also to the L2 team. Compressing the files on the server for Linux, Unix, and HP-UX servers.
