• Creating part numbers for BOM in agile &Baan

• Creating AVL and AML in agile & Baansystem

• Uploading NPI, Importing BOM, and Defining Work flow for ECO, MCO and otherchanges.

• Work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes and preparing SOP for thesame.

• Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe.

• Study the ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinate with the Product Engineering team and CFT team

for Implementation.

• Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / modifications and preparing SOP for the standard process.

• Respond to Business Partner (requestor) and customer on queries relating to

Engineering Change Orders

• Obtain and Review Hazardous Substances Analysis reports for material compliance (RoHS, REACH).

• Validation of Inventory in BAAN ERP before placing PO for new parts. Processing Drain

Inventory process as per requirement.

• Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports.

• Test and evaluate data analysis and vendors document and communicate to sales,

manufacturing, customers and supplier as required.
