• Architecting the Supplier lifecycle management solution using Appian to solve the problem of supplier request management and as well as supplier management .
• Handling a team of around 20 members comprising of developers , testers and scrum masters . Leading the whole digital procurement initiative .

• Handled the in house Appian infrastructure of Appian BPM and build whole Appian infrastructure team from ground up .
• Architected the Liquidity Command Center application and designed solutions using Appian BPM and spring boot microservices , which help Liquidity back office team to stream line their back office operations .
• Worked on Building components of Trade instruction portal used extensively by customers for logging their trade and it was handling trade influx of around 60 Billion dollar annually .
• In Trade Instruction portal worked on optimizing the existing code and building new functioanlities using Appian , Oracle and Spring boot microservices .
• I was also part of Appian COE of Northern Trust .

1. I was part of Appian COE team and I was handling Appian recruitment , training and roadmap level activities.

2. Build Translation Management application in Appian with machine learning models to do the translation of internal documents . This project generated a ROI of more than 10 Million USD .

3. Architected the Data Review project , this project help clinical research organizations to cleanse the research data , handled a team of 10 people and achieved on time delivery of whole project .

4. Architected the RMW (Risk Mitigation Workbench) which helps the centralized monitoring team to identify the possible risk which can come at the time of clinical trail .

· Helping the Architect to optimize some of the processes and pieces of code, so that it wont effect the system performance.

· Designed and implemented a process single handedly .

· Integrate the applications with the third party system to fetch the data to be used in the application.

· Created a plugin to parse the xml data and put the data in database , so that it can be used in process.

· I was the single point of contact for the client for any support and development related activities.

· I was also involved in resolving tickets and bugs which L1 team was unable to resolve.

· I lead the weekly client calls and helped client to understand the issues .

· I prepared a Java code which helped in removing the duplicate document IDs from the system and the code triggers a email alert to the concerned team to inform them about the same. This duplicate document ID was prevalent in Appian 6.5.3 version. This code use to run every day through window scheduler and it reduced the considerable manual effort.

· I was involved in creating a SAP integration process to integrate the application data with their external SAP System.In this integration we created an integration process was build which took data from different processes and send it to the external SAP server. The webservice involved was SOAP based.
