Corporate Actions Operations:

• Understanding the risk involved in the tasks handled and timely reporting and escalations of the risk issues to management.
• Tracking, analyzing and monitoring of mandatory & voluntary corporate actions using various sources such as SWIFT messages, LSE and CREST. Consulting with data vendors and agent bank network for queries regarding CA Events.
• Prepare reconciliation of the eligible clients' accounts related to Hedge funds, Trading desks, Stock Borrow Loan clients and research over the unreconciled balances. Book or request to book Corporate Action Trades for the eligible trading desks, Prime brokerage(PB) clients and Stock Borrow/Loan Counterparties.
• Daily tracking, reporting and monitoring of the Payments announced through SWIFT messages (MT 566).
• Handling all kinds of escalations from Clients as well as Client Reps\CA Exclusives and assist them as a first point of contact for pleasing business activity, Querying agent for queries and payment.

Client Onboarding Operations:

• Handling MIS team, preparing daily reports & dashboards, coordinating with client about project on daily basis.
• Coordinating with client services & liaising with clients to fulfill all the legal requirements in order to complete the user onboarding.
• Pulling data extracts from database for reports and dashboards, Monitoring team productivity.
• Analyzing client's data and providing insights for project requirement.

Forex Cash & Precious Metals Operations

• Working on Matching the FX (Spot, Forward, SWAP, NDF deals), Money market & Precious Metals received from clients either SWIFT(MT300, MT320 & MT600 or paper signatory confirmations over Email manually in TCM.
• Handled the Volume in FOREX deals due to BREXIT migration clients to FRANCE entity.
• Exceptions handling over the unmatched conformation deals received on priority basis as per internal escalation procedures
• Drafting Master Confirmation Agreements, Bridge agreements negotiating clients as required under French laws & ISDA Laws.
• Working on the static update whenever a new client is onboarded from testing to live trading
• Preparing MT202 for FX Settlements over value date for external clients and initiating MT199 for HSBC clients.
• Had expertise In Matching MT300 swift confirmations received for Interbank clients, Funds, HSBC Prime brokerage clients and Corporate clients over e-matching Platforms like FXall. Mysis, Bloomberg & GTSS, also MT304 CLS confirmations.
• Preparing daily KRI reports and reporting through HSBC internal tools.
