Description of the project:

WWT, based in Bloomington, Minnesota and a unit of Ingersoll Rand Company Limited, is a manufacturer of transport temperature control systems for trucks, trailers, shipboard containers and railway cars as well as HVAC systems for bus, shuttle and passenger rail applications. WWT also manufactures the highly successful "TRIPAC” hybrid auxiliary idle reduction and temperature management system for truck cabs.

Responsibilities:

• Developed for major EDI Transaction like 850,855,856,810,820 and 997.
• Created INBOUND and OUTBOUND flows for each Trading Partner
• Analysis of Requirement Specifications
• Interact with Customer's and their trading partners to collect information about the way they communicate and the messages they send electronically.
• Validate Screen Technical Specification with technical designs created by IT developers
• Involved in maps conversion of EDI to flat file, XML and vice-versa
• Provided Application support and Application maintenance for integration flows for Trading Partners and providing timely and accurate progress reports to the client
• Prepared AS2 setups as per Business Requirements.
• Created Maps using the Mapping instruction documents
• Coding (mapping) as per specification
• As per Client requirement Specification has been created. Involving Client calls once in a week.

Responsibilities:

• Development, Deployment and testing of the EDI maps within BIS Seeburger Integration Suite
• Understanding of the business rules and needs.
• Share a wide knowledge on EDI, X12, EDIFACT.
• Prepared the Mapping Requirements Specification (MRS)
• Monitoring the production system and resolve tickets raised in Remedy systems.
• Trouble-shooting the day to day issue of the application providing a root cause and fixing it.
• Creation of the Envelope setups and code list in Seeburger.
• Analyzed business case scenario and applied trading partner rules for the transaction flows.
• Creating AS2 Profiles for partners who will be sending data via AS2.
• Developing and testing for both Inbound and Outbound maps.
• Testing the maps with different test data provided by client.
• Gathering requirements from the customer and preparing specification documents.
• Communicating with end customer to help them in uploading the data in required format.
• Many weekly and monthly status reports are sent to the customer account manager to demonstrate the progress being made on the new map/map change request work developments.
• Weekly review meeting is in place to discuss about the issues encountered during the past week and to pass on any information regarding the map test behavior.

Caterpillar has a list of some 400 products for purchase through its dealer network. Caterpillar products and components are manufactured in 110 facilities worldwide. 50+ plants are located in the United States and 59 overseas plants are located in various countries.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Understanding scope of B2B and implementing, Guiding the partners with Spoke Installation and BISLINK installation.
• Setting up various communication-Protocols AS2 Spoke, AS2, SFTP and AS2/SSL with trading partners for exchanging the EDI documents
• We migrated more than 400 Spoke partners over to new software called BIS Link within less period of time.
• Having very good experience in learning new communication tool called BIS Link and also monitoring their status in BIS Link manage.
• Developing maps based on the functional specifications.
• Setting up configuration on HP side, Migrating set ups to next environments
• Used suitable maps to translate messages like EDI, IDOC and XML.
• Take care of MTP process without any issues
• Updating the expired certificates of partners in Seeburger server
• Worked in fixing the mapping and other production issues and closing the tickets.
• Involved in manual testing of several maps by using various test case scenarios.
