Single-point application to manage your AGILE SCRUM software development process in a simple, elegant way, and worked on the UI and backend for the Bugloo project

The main responsibilities in the project were:

• Part of the design of the UI development in Angular
• Exposing API endpoints to support the UI functionality.
• Proficient in testing and verifying API endpoints using Postman to ensure smooth integration and functionality, developed the features end to end from UI to exposing APIs, and deploying to PROD. Part of Agile, Scrum calls, and story point discussion

2. T-Desk
T-Desk would be the system of record and workflow management tool for the Transaction Managers, Transaction Coordinators, and Transaction Assistants, who will be managing the real estate transactions for the real estate agents

• Building and exposing API endpoints to handle transactions, tasks, and role-based
  access.
• Testing and validating APIs using Postman for smooth integration.
• Delivering features end-to-end, including UI, backend development, and production deployment

3.Sunkonnect
Streamlines resource management, ticket tracking, deliverables, and reporting for both admins
and users across Android, and web platforms.

• Leading the integration of analytics into the Sun Konnect platform using MongoDB
  aggregation pipelines for real-time data insights.
• Developing interactive dashboards for ticket tracking, ticket status, and top assigned users; evaluating and comparing BI tools like Tableau, Grafana, Knowi, and MongoDB Charts to identify the best fit for different stakeholder needs
• Creating proof-of-concept (PoC) dashboards with each tool to assess:
  Data source compatibility
  Visual flexibility
  User-level permissions
  Cost-effectiveness
• Implementing native analytics with MongoDB and Knowi for live dashboards directly
  embedded into the Sun Konnect UI.
• Working closely with business users to define key KPIs and transform raw data into meaningful insights
