Client: Air Canada,FMC Corporation,Sunlife & Panasonic

• Responsible for providing Capacity planning report for New Business Applications being tested for Go- Live in the account using Perfmon, Nmon and PAL tools
• Conduct detailed analysis of performance related issues of the operating environments as requested by DPE’s and other account teams
• Provide performance report and recommendations to the requesting team to avoid recurrences of the performance issues
• Provide reports in accordance with current performance and capacity of the underlying operating environment based on test scenario of Application
• Provide recommendations based on future capacity growth of the Application
• Conducting a fortnightly governance call with all the stake holders and discuss all performance related issues and diagnose find the root cause
• Analysis performed on the incidents / alerts affecting the performance / capacity after investigation of the dump and co relate with existing capacity data and work with a SR for permanent fix
• Track and notify all performance related issues to account management and focal for such issues until it is resolved
• Identify low usage IT resources and help the account team to reclaim unused resources as applicable
• Set up a monthly capacity governance call with all stake holder and discuss capacity issues
• Defining the KPI for VM's and maintain performance thresholds for monitored IT resources / applications
• Providing analysis of capacity related information to assist the customer with determining future capacity requirements
• Extraction and auditing of performance and capacity data from multiple tools and creating and assigning tickets for missing performance/capacity data to appropriate teams
• Provide ad-hoc performance & capacity related reports & analysis as requested
• Provide capacity planning reports, forecast dashboards and exception reports

Client: Blue Harmony

• Deliver Performance and Capacity Analysis on Windows, Unix and VMware infrastructure using SRM

(Server Resource Management) tool.

• Deliver dashboards, exception & forecasting reports to the client every month.

• SRM (Server Resource Management) tool monitoring & administration

• Ensuring data collection from all servers to SRM on a daily basis

• Analysis of data for Midrange servers, looking for resource utilization issues with CPU, Memory & Disk.

• Diagnose server issues in complex, business-critical environments.

• Analysis of process level metrics for servers and provide recommendations for the optimal utilization

• Provide ad-hoc performance & capacity related reports & analysis as requested
