• Involved in complete integration with Cafe Coffee Days' ERP system (Microsoft CRM 2013) to track machine installations using SOAP API.
• Feedback Management system: Track customer feedback from time to time and improve customer satisfaction Performance Tracking: Set up targets for executives and measure the productivity Insights: View key insights and take important decisions about the business with great-looking reports and dashboards which can drill down to the lowest level Real-time Integration.

Cafe Coffee Day - Property Management App
• Cafe Coffee Day business development and Operations team work together to set up new Coffee day outlets all across India and also manage the existing Cafes. Starting every year the Operations team defines locations where they would like to set up Cafes. The BD team tracks down these locations, talk to landlords and finalize deals based on several key parameters. After deals are finalized, Cafes are set up and maintained. The App takes us through the complete life cycle of Property Management.
