  • Accountable for escalation and ensuring request are handed in a timely manner.
  • Check and resolve DBCC Issue
  • DB Purging process
  • Ensure timely communication to our customer on important issue.
  • Managing the ITIL process.
  • Sending weekly status report (BMS Reporting Tools) to on site and off site lead.
  • Handling the Requests raised in IT Helpdesk tool and giving closure to the requests as per priority of the tickets.
  • Having experience in supply chain management and purchase related concepts.
  • Coordinating with the Development team for bugs with the RCA document and for any changes in the application.
  • Data Base (MS SQL SERVER 2008/2012/2019) maintenance: Backup, Restoration, SQL server Installation process, LDF and MDF attachment.
