Roles and Responsibilities:

• Got trained on PSCD-FICA, and FTA Project specific Registration, Returns, and Refund process.
• Started as a Functional SPOC in the CR (Change Request) management team to handle change requests related to registration, refund processes, and RICEFW Objects.
• Involved in drafting Functional specification document, Functional Configuration, and completing development with the help of UI/UX and BRF+ teams.
• Drafting Functional Unit testing document, Completing Unit testing, and releasing it to the Integration testing team.
• Resolving Integration Testing team defects and helping SIT team to smooth completion of testing.

Client: Apple Inc. - Rollout Project for ASE Products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in configuration of basic organization structure, defining Company, Company code, Company code group, Sales org, currencies in Leading ledger, posting period variants, FI tolerance groups for users, Document types, Number ranges for document types, Business Subprocess, etc.
• Involved in analyzing and understanding various Apple business models (B2B and B2C) that are developed for subscription-based Apple Media Products.
• Involved in creation of Business Partner, Contract Account, and performing Payment settlement run, Recon key closing, FI-GL Transfer, and FI-COPA transfer.
• Involved in fit gap analysis of As-Is Process and To-be process for all-in-scope products, Business Case, Subcase, Main and Sub transactions, Posting areas for account determination.
• Involved in configuration of Integration process of BRIM system with FI-SD system for SD-based Billing, Revenue recognition, COGS recognition.
• Performed Unit and Integration testing for Apple Media Products. Creating test data using Functional Modules (BAPI), ABAP-based programs, dealing with Interface files.

Client: Apple Inc.- Rollout Project for Amplify Process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Posted Web order (BITS) in FICA system and performed testing for All BIT Classes by validating Billing and Invoicing, FICA Document and Accounting flow of usage to cash Process for Contract Accounts receivables.
• Validated Card payments, Payment settlement and Sending interface file to iRecon system
  for Reconciliation, Reconkey closing, FI-GLtransfer and FI-COPA transfer from FICA system to FICO system.
• Validated all SD contracts billing data, contract duration, material validation. performed testing of Revenue recognition cycle properly for all subscription materials in FI-SD system.
• Involved in validation of IDOC status checking and processing by rectifying the errors, processing the data using Functional Modules, upload files using
  customized ABAP programs and T Codes.

Client: Trainee.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Got basic training on FICO modules of Accounts Receivables, Payables, Banking.
• Got trained on Apple-specific RMCA processes in Contract account receivables and payables.

• Preparation of private limited company books of accounts by complying with accounting standards. Coordinating with the internal audit team for smooth completion of the internal audit.
• Preparation and filing of returns of individuals, partnerships, and companies. TDS, TCS compliances and reconciliations. GST registrations and return filings, Annual returns, and knowledge in GST audit.
• Tax planning for clients, drafting letters for income tax compliances and refunds.
• Expertise knowledge in doing tax audit and preparation of tax audit reports as per 3CA and 3CB of the Income Tax Act.
