As part of the NPT (Non-Productive Testing) remediation project, I lead the team that undertook the migration of all token-based OAuth IDs to API security tokens. This involved transitioning from OAuth-based identification methods to utilizing security tokens specifically designed for API security. This migration aimed to enhance the security and efficiency of our authentication processes by aligning them with industry best practices and standards.
Specializing in integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) for both externally hosted vendor applications and internally hosted applications using Ping Identity Federation and Ping Access. Proficient in Web Access Management solutions such as Ping Access and CA SiteMinder, as well as Federated IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Experienced with Apache and IIS solutions, as well as Directory Services infrastructure including LDAP and Active Directory. Currently focusing on a complex Cashpro project, implementing an out-of-the-box solution to support the FAPI OAuth Flow, with a scheduled go-live in the first quarter of 2022.
I was a part of the core memeber team responsible for transitioning from Siteminder to Ping Access for over 4000 applications due to security concerns. Played a pivotal role in migrating critical Tier 0 and GBAM applications, onboarding 300+ applications to Ping Access. Developed a support matrix for infrastructure readiness and delivered the project within budget and schedule, earning promotion to Senior Software Engineer. Conducted knowledge transfer sessions and created training materials for new team members.
As the primary contact my role was to manage customer relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Cultivate trust with key accounts and seek new business opportunities. Prepare reports on account status and assist with urgent requests.
