Implementation

Handling a team of 5 members and Implemented Pro Workforce Manager and Workforce Central for 20 different clients and 6 different countries, for more than 10,000 employees.

Most of them are end-to-end implementations, which include.

• Conducting Blueprint workshops.
• Configuring the system and unit testing.
• Conducting and supporting UAT.
• Maintaining issue/change logs.
• Building interfaces for payroll export, person import, and custom interfaces.

Comcast India (4,000+ employees), PayPal India (2,000+ employees), Lumen Japan and Thailand (200 employees), Under Armour SG, MY (200+ employees)

Project Management/Managerial Roles

I have played the role of project manager for some of the projects, which include coordinating with various teams to get the tenant setup done, purchasing licenses, coordinating with the client to get a timeline, etc.

I am currently leading a team of three members.

Provided support for existing clients in implementing new changes and rolled out the changes in a smooth and timely manner.

Automations

Developed various tools to help in the migration of configuration from WFC to WFM. Following are some of those tools.

• GDAP Migration (using Chrome extensions)
• Report Schedule Migration (using Python).
• Hyperfind Query Migration (using Python).
• Interface complexity analyzer (using Python).
