• eClinical is Amgen’s Clinical Trial Associate System, primarily used by Amgen users to manage clinical trial workflows, compliance checks, visit tracking, and protocol‑related activities.
• Providing L1/L2 support for Siebel CRM, including issue analysis, debugging, and timely ticket resolution.
• Working on Siebel configurations, workflows, UI fixes, and data validation activities to ensure accurate system behavior.
• Performing SQL‑based data checks, fixes, and reporting to support business and compliance needs.
• Supporting functional teams in protocol updates, testing cycles, and documentation for system changes.
• Ensuring system stability and compliance by following SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting and enhancing Siebel CRM applications, including configuration, workflows, business components, and UI layer fixes.
