Project Description:

• It focused on enhancing the e-commerce capabilities of Ace Hardware’s online platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient  shopping experience for users and robust management features for administrators. 

• Key functionalities tested and refined included user ability to browse products, place orders, and track shipments. For  administrators, special attention was given to features that allowed them to update delivery dates and manage order  details effectively. 

• The project aimed to streamline both the customer and administrative experiences, improve transactional efficiency, and  ensure the reliability of order fulfillment processes on the platform. 

Responsibilities: 

• Developed comprehensive test plans, Design test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional requirements of the e-commerce system. 

• Execute test cases manually and using automated tools to ensure all features function according to specification without  any bugs. Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and security testing to ensure the application’s stability and  reliability. 

• Identify, document, and track defects in the software. Collaborate with development teams to ensure they are addressed  and resolved in a timely manner. 

• Ensure that the testing phase complies with all defined quality standards and meets the acceptance criteria set by  stakeholders.
