Ø Maintenance and Monitoring NMS Tropology’s of Vodafone Idea Network.

Ø Escalating and communicating issues about Tx Fiber cut related issues, like Mail Bonding & Whatsup Group updates and voice calls with field Team for issue resolution.

Ø Try to close fiber cut outages with in the SLA.

Ø Responsibility all L2 Troubleshooting within agreed SLA.

Ø Tracking all Database for future Maintenance.

Ø Export in Optics media Huawei Mux X16/X8/X4 and ECI Mux’s NPT,BGP and XDM.

Ø Export in Micro Wave media devices like Huawei RTN, Ericsson ,FPR, NEC,ZTE and Seragon.

Ø Support to FE”s for Network issues in NMS Tropology.

• Wire line Knowledge like Fiber line patching and 10G,1G and PRI Tester operating
• Took over all responsibility on Delivering MPLS link to customers by maintaining SLA
• Coordinate with IP NOC / RF Team / Order Management team, regularly on link delivery part
• Installation and configuration of Routers, Mux and Switches
• Fiber survey, planning and Establishment

Ø Maintaining a size of Large Team coordination With Various vendors

Ø Assigning to the Team and sharing Knowledge to Resolving the issues in Smart way

Ø Tracking all Database for future Maintenance.

Ø Guiding team to Complete the activity within SLA

Ø Wire Less device’s configuration Knowledge Like Air grid Radios (Ubiquity NB5, PS5 Radios).

Ø Configure Wi-max operations P to PM (BTS configuration).

Ø To Configure Radwin, Cabium P to P and P to PM (1k,2k,2.4GHz and 5k,5GHz).

Ø To configuration Knowledge on Switch’s, MUX and Routers.

Ø Installing hardware devices like Radio’s Access Points, SMPS.
