• Configuration Management: Ensuring configuration management and change control, Preparation of Engineering Change Notes (ECN), Conducting change review meetings.
• Managing product life cycle through Windchill software.
• Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Process flow charts.
• Preserving of master documents of the product and issue control of the documents.
• Costing & Estimations: Bill of materials preparation, RFQ flown down to supplier.
• Preparation of Compliance Matrix for new orders.
• Management of all activities in ERP for production planning and BOM.
• Review and correction of the CAR forms (Corrective Action Reports) for the products which failed during inspection or production and creating of Database, Assessing, reviewing, and understanding customer requirements and preparing compliance matrix.
• Ensuring swift flow down of customer requirements to suppliers, Ensuring document issue control and storage of customer documents with easy traceability, Discussing with customer regarding the deviations /concessions managing the relation with the customers with zero conflicts.
• Preparing lessons learned and best practice on closure of the project.
• Handling internal quality audits and certification (external) audits of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standard.
