At Autodesk, I have been actively involved in a Salesforce project focused on enhancing customer visibility and streamlining internal processes. I contributed to the design and development of a comprehensive Customer 360 Dashboard, which consolidates critical customer information including accounts, contacts, opportunities, subscriptions, sales and marketing interactions, trial subscriptions, products and usage data, quotes, leads, and financials—enabling unified, data-driven decision-making across teams.
