· Execution of analytical method development, optimization, validation and method transfer activities for robust Instrumental methods for assay, related substances and impurities.

· Addressing regulatory queries pertaining to analytical methods/ studies.

· Routine analysis of in-process and finished samples. Designing and executing stability and excipient compatibility studies.

· Laboratory management as per GLP – maintenance and monitoring of instruments/ equipment, calibration as per schedule, IQ/OQ/PQ activities for instruments.

· Monitoring and mentoring junior team members, work allocation and effective training.

· Documentation - Preparation and revision of SOPs, STPs, method development reports, protocols and other documentation.

· Obtained an individual project grant of 20 lakhs from Department of Science and Technology (DST) SERB-NPDF (2017 to 2019) and successfully accomplished the project objectives as a full time Project Investigator.

· Synthesis of switchable chiral molecules for the Light steering devices and also for the liquid crystal displays (Blue phase displays)

· Published the Research articles and Project reports preparation

· Teaching activities include - chemistry for the B.Tech Graduates

· Train PhD Students
