- Executing Site Planning of complete packages as EPC vendor deployed by Amararaja Infra Pvt Ltd Solar Power Plant of 300MW JSW Solar Project, monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings with client as well as all internal stakeholders.
- Planning, initiating, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including technical (engineering) and techno-commercial coordination with all stakeholders.
- Worked on preparing Daily (DPR), Weekly (WPR) and Monthly (MPR) progress reports and conducting daily, weekly & monthly review meetings with external providers for developing the updated schedule, delay analysis and catch-up plan as applicable.
- Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.
