Organization

• Part of the Team that first implemented a company level transition successfully. Team’s work was cited as an example for rest of the organization to follow
• Designed and executed Agile training workshops at department level for over 300 technical and product staff which helped them to understand Agile basics as well as how to implement their chosen methodology correctly in their work.
• Designed and hosted multiple Open Space Technology sessions for the entire department. The purpose was to communicate and ideate on how to better align ourselves to the Co.’s goals.

Team

• Led Team in set up of Scrum, Kanban process, craft Definition of Done, implementation of informative metrics, report weekly on deliveries and created a dashboard for the scrum team to check the sprint health and drive decisions;
• Simplified and standardized various processes and ways of working including - JIRA ticket creation, documentation in Confluence

Scrum Master

• Facilitated Scrum events, drove the removal of impediments, highlighted risks, established progress metrics, maintained and updated all decisions, action items and relevant documents and followed up for its resolution, represented the Team in management status update calls.

• Account Management – Deputed as a Junior Project Manager at a major FMCG company from KPMG. Assisted the Account Partner and Director in managing and running of 23+ projects at a Client site.
• Quality Assurance – Contributed to defining the quality checklist criteria for all the project deliverables
• Project Management – Responsible for tracking milestones, monitoring progress and highlighting risks and issues to senior management. Aided in the budget, procurement, and vendor management
